80mm Thermal Receipt Printer
Our POS supports all types of thermal printers. Thermal printer is used to generate the customer receipt. There are different sizes of thermal printers based on the paper size it prints. The standard one is 80mm. They come in different brands and with different interfaces is USB, serial and Ethernet connection.
58mm Bluetooth Thermal Receipt Printer
This is a portable receipt printer. Prints on a 58mm thermal papers. It has an inbuilt battery. Connect via usb port and also through Bluetooth. Its most suitable for mobile sales operations. Prints directly from the phone /tablet via Bluetooth.
Cash Drawer
This is also known as a cash box. Its used to store cash at the POS terminal. Comes in different sizes based on the cash slots it has. Its normally connected to the 80mm thermal receipt printer. Once the sale transaction is complete, its sent to the printer for a receipt and the printer triggers the cash drawer to open. It comes with 3 copies of keys.
Table Mount Barcode Scanner
This is used to scan barcode in products and place them on the sales screen. Most products come with manufacturer barcodes which we feed to our POS during data entry. Once the customer picks the product, the cashier passes the product through the scanner and its placed on the sales screen automatically. Its saves the cashier a lot of time. Its also supports internally generated barcodes for the items that do not come with manufacturers barcodes.
All In One Pos Computer
This is an all in one Computer specifically designed for Point of Sale. Its has touch function to reduce the need for a keyboard and mouse. It make the sales process faster. Its most suited for hospitality Point Of Sale like restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Ice Cream shops and more. Comes in different designs and specifications.
POS Scale
This is POS Scale. Its a complete POS solution on it own. We also link it with a computer and our POS software’s to capture weight directly into the POS for the items that are sold by weight. This scale also is used to generate barcodes for the items sold by weight and those barcodes are scan-able at the POS terminal. The barcodes format varies from one client to another. Its also has an inbuilt printer for printing receipts in cases where its used exclusively as a POS terminal.
Handheld Pos Terminal
This is an android based POS terminal. Its a complete device with an inbuilt 58mm receipt printer. You can use it directly without a computer. Most used by mobile businesses that move from one place to another. It has an inbuilt battery and scanner.
Barcode Printer
This is a printer used to print barcodes for the products that don’t come with manufacturers barcodes. Our POS has an inbuilt feature that enables you to generate barcodes for the any product in the database. You print it on a sticky barcode paper and stick it to the product. These barcodes are scan-able by the barcode scanner. There are other options of printing barcodes on bigger printers. Other also print QR codes which are scan-able.

Can i try out your POS Softwares before i can make a purchase
Yes all our POS Software’s can be tried by the client before he or she makes the final decision to purchase or subscribe.
We have an offline version which we do a physical demo at the clients convenience. We have a cloud version which we offer a 45days free trial account.
Is your POS cloud based?
We have both cloud and offline versions. Cloud version is good as one is able to monitor it when far away on a mobile phone but requires one to have internet connection.
Offline version doesn’t have internet connection requirements but one cant access the progress of his business on real time basis.
D i need to have full time internet connection at my shop to use the online/cloud version of the POS
The cloud version requires internet connection to use it. However we have incorporated an offline sales mode in it in times when internet connection is down. Once the internet resumes it updates the offline sales.
Do i have to keep paying always to use your POS?
The offline POS is a one time purchase based on the rates in our pricing page. Free support for 3month and thereafter we sign support contract.
The cloud POS is subscription based and hence payable for annually for as long as the client is using it.
Is your pricing inclusive of the hardware costs
Our prices as per the pricing page are exclusive of the hardware costs. We sell the hardware’s separately. Cost depends on the number of hardware’s required.
How fast do you respond to your clients incase of a technical challange
We have a team that is dedicated to customer support. We will respond to our clients in the shortest time possible.
How is your backup plan?
For the cloud version the we offer automatic cloud backup services at no extra cost. The offline version we train the client on how to maintain a local backup within the computer or on an external drive.
How secure is your POS system?
We have put in place tight security measures on all our POS. Every user on the POS has to have his/her username and password. You can restrict employees to certain area of the POS only.
For the cloud version the link is secured with an SSL certificate.
